These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and YouSeemLegit. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If acting on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.
YouSeemLegit provides a white-label authentication platform including hosted login pages, email/password and OAuth authentication, JWT session management, an admin dashboard, and a token verification API.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API credentials. Never share credentials in public repositories. Rotate credentials immediately if compromise is suspected. We are not liable for losses from unauthorized use of your credentials.
You agree not to use the Service to authenticate users for illegal activities, violate privacy laws, circumvent security measures, reverse engineer the Service, resell without permission, or violate any applicable law.
You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from End Users, providing your own Privacy Policy and Terms to End Users, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and securing your application and tokens received from the Service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
Pricing is as published on youseemlegit.com. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
The Service and all software, designs, and documentation are our exclusive property. You retain ownership of your branding and data. You grant us a limited license to use your branding solely to provide the Service.
You appoint us as a data processor for End User personal data. Our processing activities are governed by our Data Processing Agreement, incorporated herein by reference.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party. This obligation does not apply to publicly available information or information required to be disclosed by law.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouSeemLegit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of fees paid in the three months preceding the claim or $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YouSeemLegit from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or claims by your End Users.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@youseemlegit.com. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or security risks. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
